Job Description:

Kids Heaven Secondary School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Handle payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of all financial documents.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in an educational institution.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,627.+3 per month
