Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Data Entry Operator to join our Procurement Department. The role involves checking and preparing Purchase Orders (PO), maintaining accurate records, and assisting the accounts team with day-to-day data entry and documentation tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Verify and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company procedures
Create and maintain accurate PO records in the system
Coordinate with vendors and procurement team for PO-related queries
Assist in vendor bill entries and documentation for accounts
Maintain updated records of invoices, ledgers, and supporting documents
Support the procurement team in day-to-day operations
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry for all transactions
Collaborate with finance and operations for smooth documentation flow
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce or related field
1–2 years of experience in accounts or data entry roles preferred
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar)
Attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately
Basic understanding of procurement and accounting processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
