Are you an experienced and meticulous Accountant looking for a new opportunity? Join our prestigious Jewelry Manufacturer and Export Company based in Jaipur, India. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Conduct regular bank reconciliations
Assist with tax planning and compliance
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project costing and inventory management
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the manufacturing or jewelry industry
Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations
Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software commonly used in India
