Accountant for Temporary Short-Term Project
Panchee Advisory LLC, a firm that assists family offices, private foundations and private funds with operations and administrative services, is seeking an Accountant for a short-term project. The Accountant, an independent contractor, will work 40 hours per week in our Armonk, New York office for approximately 2-4 months and must be able to start working immediately.
The Accountant’s primary responsibility is to consolidate all financial positions for an ultra-high-net-worth client and to set up and produce detailed financial reports.
Responsibilities include:
Create balance sheets, income statements and cash flows for 10 different entities from data sources including bank accounts, brokerage accounts, private fund statements, K-1’s, IRA accounts and private assets
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Produce daily net worth positions and account balances in a cohesive and user-friendly format
Set up systems and processes in Quicken to generate consolidated and entity reports
Set up categories accurately in Quicken to capture expenses and assets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of accounting experience working in finance
Proficiency in Quicken and Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and track record of accuracy
Organization and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic
Must be able to start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
