Role Description for Accountant

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
• Maintaining financial records
• Preparing financial statements
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assisting with budget preparation and analysis
• Providing financial reports to management
• Assisting with audits and tax filings

The role is located in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software, such as Quickbooks, Xero, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification is a plus
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis is preferred

Role Description for Cashier

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Restaurant Cashier to join our team. As a cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and payments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Take customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to input orders and process payments.
• Should able to handle Online Orders like SWIGGY & ZOMATO.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide customers with information about menu items, promotions, and special offers.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Assist with restocking and replenishing supplies, such as napkins, straws, and condiments.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
• Balance cash register at the end of each shift and prepare accurate reports of daily sales.
• Uphold a positive and cooperative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle cash and operate cash registers.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of food and menu items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy restaurant environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
