Responsibility : To efficiently manage collections on delinquent portfolio by delivering required resolution rates.
Responsibility 2 : To ensure implementation of laid out process for managing collections.

Requirement 1 : Go getter with an attitude to go beyond boundaries.
Requirement 2 : Managing entire region with a good no of reportees
Requirement 3: Organizing, Number management & Negotiation and team management.
