Day to Day Tasks:
• Daily cash ledger management
• Processing supplier payments
• Assisting shop staff with POS related queries
• Cheque Processing
• Bank Reconciliation
• Credit customer account reconciliation
Weekly / Monthly Tasks
• VAT filing and reporting
• P&L Report
• Physical inventory - stock checking
• Processing staff salaries
• Cash Flow Management and Forecast
• Ageing /Expiry stock report and Purchase plan
Long Term Objectives
• Implementing a continuous stock checking system
• Implementing the auto re-order system via the existing software
• Implementing staff attendance system
• Creating a detailed costing system for the Bakery and Restraunts
