Description
1. Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting on google sheets
- Monitor daily financial transactions, including invoices and challans , receipts, and payments.
- Keep the record of all challans and invoices coming in from the factories and cross check if they are correct.
- All invoices should be in the designated folders for future records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
2. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
3. Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax, in a timely manner.
- Assist in tax planning and minimizing tax liabilities.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and provide insights for improvement.
5. Vendor and Payroll Management:
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.
6. Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Implement internal controls and policies to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
7. Shipping:
- Coordinate with the shipping agents/dhl for all the shipments.
- Provide accurate documents for all the shipments required and track if everything is going good.
