We are a practicing company secretaries' firm. We are located near Dwarka sector 11 metro station. We are working in the fields of trademark, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and income tax-related matters. We deal in registration and routine compliance with different legal and commercial laws like MSME, FSSAI, Society Registration Act, and Partnership Act.

About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on direct tax services, GST returns and reconciliation & ITR

2. Work on audits like tax audits, company audits, accounting & balance sheet preparation

3. Work on compliances like TDS returns, GST returns, ROC compliances, and statutory registrations (company incorporations, trademarks, etc.)

4. Work on Tally, Zoho & Excel

Who can apply:

1. Fresher chartered accountants may also apply

2. 1-3 years experience preferred

3. Good experience in accounting and bookkeeping

4. Good knowledge of Tally, Zoho & Excel

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
