 Analyzing the financial records and discussing with senior management.

 Supervision of Routine Accounting Activities at plant level as a Team Leader

and coordinating with seniors at Head Office.

 Scrutiny of Ledger Accounts with professional experience and knowledge.

 Books Keeping and recording of assets, liabilities, expenses and income with

proper treatment of taxes under GST regime (including reverse charge) and

applicability of TDS deduction thereof.

 Vendor Payments and reconciliation thereof.

 Preparation of Financial Statements of Companies by complying with Ind AS

and Indian GAAP and Companies Act, 2013 (including Notes to accounts).

 Interaction with Statutory and internal auditors of company.

 Working Knowledge in Oracle, SAP, ERP (IBIS) Accounting Software.

 Cash and Bank Reconciliation.

 Calculation and Timely Deposit of TDS.

 Accounting Treatment of input/ output GST.

Taxation  Calculation and Timely Deposit of TDS and GST

 Return Filing under GST Laws/TDS return (GSTR 3B, 1, etc.).

 Reconciliation of GST Input tax credit with GSTR 2A.

 Computation of tax under various heads

 Filling of Income tax Returns

 Preparation of reply to notices of Income Tax Authorities;

 Compliances under the Income-tax Act with regard to TDS, Advance tax, etc;

 Preparation of hearing before CIT(A)

Auditing  Statutory Audit of Societies:

 Audit Plan;

 vouching;

 Verification;

 Compliances with internal & External policies

 Compliances with Accounting Standards

 Preparation of Audit Reports

 Companies

 Audit Plan;

 vouching;

 Verification;

 Compliances with internal & External policies

 Compliances with Accounting Standards

 Preparation of Audit Reports

 Concurrent Audit of Banks

 Preparation of Monthly reports

 Preparations of Quarterly NPA report.
