Manager, the L&S Divisional Post Award Accountant will work as
extramural grants administered by L&S and assisting with
collaborative grants with other schools, colleges, and centers
Support L&S department grant management by serving as the
grant worktag manager for departments and research centers
Provide grant administration support and guidance to principal
investigators (PIs) and staff
Send regular financial reports to PIs and departments on the
status of grants and is responsible for financial compliance
Serve as a liaison to Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP) on
post-award issues and needs
Responsibilities: Works with researchers, departments, and
centers to monitor and reconcile data for sponsored programs at the
transactions submitted from departments or centers
May interact
directly with project sponsors related to detailed financial
reporting, invoicing, and/or auditing on behalf of the unit to
ensure compliance
25% Communicates and ensures financial requirements per
federal, state, university, and sponsor regulations are followed on
