Roles and Responsibilities:
• Managing financial transactions along with maintaining daily bookkeeping, financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Handle accounts payables and accounts receivables.
• Responsible for vendor payments and maintaining ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements, shipping partners COD payments and all other financial documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting is in place.
• Assist with financial audits.
• Prepare and maintain cash transactions and petty cash books, day to day cash & bank transactions, online payments including Salary and other expenses.
• Process monthly payroll of employees.
• Creating PIs, POs, and invoices.
• Preparing Data For GST Returns and TDS Returns.
• Support management in maintaining records/ data of all financial transactions, including preparation of MIS reports on a timely basis including monthly Profit-Loss Statement.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
