Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant who will not only handle the company’s financial records but also assist with key day-to-day operational tasks. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and thrives in a startup environment where responsibilities go beyond the desk.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance:
Maintain and update books of accounts using accounting software Zoho Books
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Prepare financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports
Manage petty cash, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Process payroll and reimbursements on time
Operational Coordination:
Receive and process daily sale orders from team members and ensure timely updates
Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain dispatch records and tracking systems
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for operational purchases
Assist in inventory and stock audits
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
2–4 years of experience in accounting and/or business operations
Proficiency in Zoho Books
Good understanding of GST and basic statutory compliance
Strong communication and organizational skills
Startup mindset: willing to take initiative and wear multiple hats
