Job Description
Key Account Management in Channel Partner
Role Objective:
• To Retain/ Grow the key Accounts & Associate them for Lifetime
• Ensure Channel Partner growth
Expected Results from the Role Performer:
• Ensure achievement of set Sales targets & ensuring growth of Sales team
• To Retrieve old Accounts and bringing them to the level of current sustained accounts
• To support the outbound Sales team to achieve the targets of bringing new dealers on the board
• To get the + on 10 average score on customer Satisfaction Score & get a Testimonial video & site Pics from them to boost your work in future.
• Own the on boarding, product training and support function of Seller Partners once the deal is closed by sales and BD team.
• Maintain relationship with the partners by providing support, information and guidance while at the same time recommending new opportunities and service improvements
• Collect constant feedback from the partners and work with product team to lay down the requirements and enhancements required
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Ensure consistent performance reporting, detailing seller satisfaction, complaints and improvements feedback to the senior management
• Execute the complete acquisition, closure & sign up formalities (Contract Signing)
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all enterprise account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to enterprise partner needs and objectives
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Skills must have:
• Territory Development in Sales experience of 5-7 years needed
• Engineering Acumen and knowledge of technical products paper work
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent questioning/Proving Skills
• Strong in Projections numbers & forecasting skills
• Excellent Data analytical Skills
• Coachable
• Team Player
