Job Title: Accountant

Location: KGF Organic Farms, (Mumbai / Delhi)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: KGF Organic Farms is seeking an experienced accountant to join our team. As an accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the farm, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, and providing financial analysis to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

1) Maintain and update the general ledger, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

2) Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents

3) Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

4) Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations

5) Manage payroll and employee benefits, including calculating wages, processing payments, and preparing payroll tax returns

6) Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax

7 Develop and maintain a system of financial controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

8) Provide financial analysis and advice to inform business decisions

Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide business planning

9) Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including management, investors, and lenders

Qualifications:

1) Experience in accounting or finance

2) Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero

3) Strong attention to detail and accuracy

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
