As an Accountant, you will take complete ownership of the complex accounting-related work involved in our unique concept of reverse logistics, where items are purchased from Unregistered Sellers (Households) and sold to Recyclers or Aggregators.

Responsibilities:

Generate tax invoices, credit notes, delivery invoices, and e-way bills from the system

Manage manual e-way bills as needed

Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders for purchasing-related activities

Prepare and distribute periodic MIS reports

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business

Drive standardization and automation projects for process efficiency

Manage and enhance system processes

Functional Competencies:

Entrepreneurial experience is a plus

Knowledge of GST invoice rules and account reconciliation activities

Advanced proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office tools

Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and presentation skills

Ability to handle ad-hoc requests and solve problems with tight deadlines

Effective communication with suppliers and internal/external customers
