About Us: Our client is a leading Chartered Accountancy firm located in Janakpuri, Delhi, dedicated to providing exceptional financial and taxation services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Accountant with substantial experience in direct and indirect taxation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working within a Chartered Accountancy firm and should possess the capability to handle tasks independently. Candidates should have a background in finance or commerce, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a CA firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax returns.
• Independently manage direct and indirect taxation compliance, including GST, VAT, and income tax.
• Handle tax planning and provide advisory services to clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other statutory requirements.
• Conduct financial audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Maintain and update accounting records and financial systems.
• Reconcile bank statements and address discrepancies effectively.
• Provide insightful financial recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. CA dropped out or equivalent finance background is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of independent experience in direct and indirect taxation within a Chartered Accountancy firm.
• Proven ability to manage tasks autonomously and deliver results-oriented solutions.
• In-depth understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
