Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & Office Administrator to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure efficient office operations. This dual-role position requires someone who can handle accounting duties with accuracy and also support general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations, Invoicing skills including bookkeeping and data entry.
• Office Management, Office Coordination, and Administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
• Handle petty cash, expense vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee salary records.
• Coordinate with the external auditor and CA for annual audits and compliance.
• Generate financial reports such as profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Office Administration Responsibilities:
• Oversee overall office functioning and administrative support.
• Maintain records of office assets, supplies, and inventory.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing—both digital and hard copies.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support staff (housekeeping, courier, etc.).
• Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
• Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting and office administration.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance laws.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
