Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping and data entry
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and assist with audits
• Process vendor and contractor payments accurately and on time
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking for ongoing projects
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end account closure
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in the real estate or construction industry
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations including GST and TDS
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to join immediately
