Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, highly organized, detail-driven Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensure accurate financial operations across accounts payable, receivable, and reporting functions with a strong background in Salesforce and QuickBooks. You’ll also play a hands-on role in supporting HR administration and payroll review, making this an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Oversight (Primary Function ~90%)
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany account balancing and journal entries
Manage bi-weekly AP processing and data entry into QuickBooks
Monitor and process daily AR transactions and remote deposits
Conduct daily cash flow reviews and assist in earnings forecast using quantitative/qualitative analysis
Generate and review ~300 client invoices monthly across multiple ownership entities
Track and verify provider payments against contract terms
Reconcile executed contracts with provider reports for accuracy and compliance audits
Manage quarterly commission and revenue distribution reporting for sales and partner teams
Review and categorize monthly expense accounts
HR & Payroll Support (~10%)
Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
Review employee insurance enrollment forms and submit to group provider
Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing with third-party provider
Maintain and update employee records with confidentiality and accuracy

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with multi-entity invoicing or real estate industry is a plus
