Overview Of The Accountant Position

• Month end close

• Sales/Use tax

• AIA Billing

• Oversight of accounts payable

• Gather data and perform job cost duties

• Maintain records and reports of all ongoing projects

• Support the completion and streamlining of year-end close processes

Preferred Qualifications/Experience For The Accountant Role

• Five years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Previous experience in the construction industry

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or another relevant field

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, tech-savvy, and efficient
