Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Maintain financial records and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Prepare invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate with auditors during audits.
Computer Operator Duties:
Perform data entry and maintain databases.
Prepare and manage spreadsheets and reports.
Operate standard office software (MS Office, accounting tools).
Support the team with documentation, printing, and filing.
Troubleshoot minor computer/software issues as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting and/or office operations preferred.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software.
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance.
Familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools (optional).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
