Position Overview: As an ABM Strategist at Revnew, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account-based marketing initiatives that drive engagement, revenue growth, and long-term customer relationships for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to create and implement tailored ABM campaigns that resonate with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with business objectives to penetrate target accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts through thorough research and collaboration with sales teams.
- Create personalized and impactful ABM campaigns that include a mix of content, events, digital marketing, and other relevant tactics.
- Craft compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to individual accounts or account clusters.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create account-specific content and assets.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure ABM initiatives are well-aligned with sales strategies and objectives.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Continuously optimize and refine ABM strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ABM trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Min 4 years of experience in account-based marketing or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns that led to revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales alignment, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
- Data-driven mindset, proficient in analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-backed decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot & Salesforce).
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and personalized marketing approaches.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
