We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team. As a remote admin and accounts assistant, you will be responsible for data entry, maintaining Excel/Google Sheets, and assisting with monthly accounts and reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Data entry for invoices, expenses, and sales

• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and suppliers

• Assist with monthly accounts & reconciliations

• Manage digital filing, documents & email follow-ups

• Prepare daily reports and admin summaries

Requirements:

• 1+ year in accounts/admin/data entry

• Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets

• English fluency (written & spoken)

• Familiar with Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho (preferred)

• Must be able to work UK hours remotely

• Must have some UK accounting experience
