We are hiring for one of our clients for a
Accounting & Finance Lecturer – Higher Education
role involving financial reporting, compliance, and academic or training support in accounting practices.
The role involves ensuring accurate financial management, statutory compliance, and reporting across international business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Ensure adherence to VAT and other financial regulations
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards
• Review accounting entries for accuracy and completeness
• Perform budget vs forecast analysis and identify variances
• Maintain accurate accounting records including payments, receivables, and reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and customer receivables
• Develop and maintain accounting SOPs and financial controls
• Coordinate with banking institutions for financial operations
• Ensure internal financial controls are followed consistently
Requirements
• Professional qualification (CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial compliance
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
