Responsibilities of the Office Assistant include, but are not limited to:
• 10 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Assist with internal financial reporting
• Invoice processing
• Process New Vendor
• Credit Reference Requests
• Researching Commissions
• Assist with Positive Pay functions

Qualifications of the Office Assistant include, but are not limited to:
