Blue Bridge Logistics LLC is a US based logistics and transportation company headquartered in Houston, Tx. We are looking to hire a Accounts person to support our business growth and accounting department. Ideal candidate must be a start-up enthusiast and be willing to perform all accounting and administrative duties.
Office timings to overlap with USA CST hours starting from 5:30 PM IST.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
• Perform administrative support functions
• Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
• To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports
• To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed
• Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills required:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study preferred - BCom, MBA (finance/Marketing)/ MCom/ CMA-USA (Qualified)
• Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the Taxation System, Bookkeeping and accounting, financial planning, payroll management
• Proven experience in Accounting domain
