Responsibilities
The Accounting Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, supporting financial operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our accounting department
Accounts Receivable Management:
Generate customer invoices, be able to properly post transactions and manage accounts receivable collections
Be able to communicate with clients and sales team about upcoming payments and/or past due payments
Financial Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system
Perform data entry and ensure all entries are properly documented and classified
Reconciliations and Cash Management:
Reconcile statements and credit card transactions
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis
Compile data and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
General Accounting Support:
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required
Respond to accounting inquiries from management and other departments
Administrative and Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
Undertake special projects and analysis as assigned by the Accounting Manager or CFO

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team at a leading tradeshow exhibit company. The Accounting Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, supporting financial operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our accounting department.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
