Accounting Expert for Manufacturing Industry

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at DCS GROUP. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments, including factory plants, to ensure invoices are processed and approved correctly.

• Accurately report and reconcile daily bank entries, ensuring all discrepancies are promptly addressed.

• Evaluate and reconcile financial operations by inspecting and verifying source documents, including invoices and expense vouchers, to ensure commitments are met and accurate records are maintained.

• Organize and maintain source documents, files, and other accounting-related information in an orderly and accessible manner.

• Provide daily financial reports to the Head of Finance, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing plant operations.

• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, and TDS.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
