While great strides have been made in sending and receiving payments, businesses still struggle to aggregate all their financial data, understand it, and use it to make well-informed, timely decisions. Docyt brings order to data chaos.
Docyt is a super app that applies AI (artificial intelligence) across the entire accounting tech stack. Docyt digitizes financial data, automates both income and expense workflows, continuously reconciles QuickBooks®, and generates real-time financial statements. That explains what we do, but here’s why it’s important. A complete, accurate, real-time financial picture empowers businesses to make timely and smart decisions so their business can thrive.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement accounting integrations using Docyt software
• Develop and maintain financial reports, including cash flow, balance sheets and P&L
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in all reports.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accounting-related projects
• Keep abreast of changes in U.S. accounting regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of technical experience in U.S. accounting
• Strong experience with Quickbooks
• Proven track record of building and maintaining financial reports, including cash flow, balance sheets, and P&L statements
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
