Responsibilities

As an Accounting Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the daily operations of our accounting department

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including project costing, invoice coding, and reconciliations

Completing monthly close procedures and preparing financial statements

Maintaining and controlling the General Ledger accounts and business transactions, applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Developing and implementing accounting policies, coordination of systems and procedures, and preparing operating data and special reports as required

Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans

Managing the financial planning and budgeting processes

Evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations

Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

Working closely with the management team to share reports and analysis findings

Mentoring, training, and developing the accounting staff to grow within their roles and meet the objectives and goals of the department

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead our accounting team. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

As an Accounting Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the daily operations of our accounting department. This includes
