Growing privately held Construction Company with 30+ year history and leader in their industry located in the Danvers area is looking for an Accounting Manager / Controller to join the leadership team. The Accounting Manager / Controller will report directly into the President and manage a small staff. This role will have complete ownership of all financial reporting, transactional accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, order entry and human resources and payroll functions. Other duties include Financial Analysis,, Internal Controls, Cost Accounting reporting and point person dealing with outside CPA firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company built out for expansion in a “hands on” leadership role. Experience working in a small company environment required, previous experience with human resources duties preferred. Sage and advanced Excel knowledge is highly desired.
