You will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes, including financial statement preparation, reviews, and timely execution of deliverables. Leadership roles will involve team supervision and performance management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• End-to-end bookkeeping and accounting
• Financial statement preparation and review
• Month-end closing activities
• Account reconciliations and financial data validation
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all processes
• Team supervision and review (for Team Lead/Manager roles)
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple deliverables
• Leadership and team management (for senior roles)
