Job Description
Role: Accounting professional
Organizational relationships:
Reporting to: Chief Manager finance
Accounting professional will be responsible for following activities
Preparation of local GAAP financials and notes to accounts for Siemens Factoring Private Limited (SFPL)
Responsible for getting financials audited by the statutory auditors for SFPL
Preparation of tax audit for SFSPL and SFPL and coordination with auditors for the same
Responsible for monthly reporting and closing activities like Esprit for Siemens factoring
Regulatory reporting to the RBI for SFSPL and SFPL
Monthly GL scrutiny for SFPL
Monthly checks for ALFA to SAP reconciliation, bank statement upload completeness etc
Basic knowledge of direct and indirect tax
Supporting house keeping activities like payables, security deposit refund and suspense and monthly review for the same with Operations team for both the entities
Preparation of advance tax calculation on a quarterly basis and annual Deferred tax and current tax computation for Siemens factoring
Support other controlling related topics for both the entities
Monthly MIS reporting to the management for both the entities
Preparation and sending financial data to treasury team for borrowings from banks
Qualification:
Chartered Accountant
Experience required

Ability to handle pressure
Strong dispute resolution skill and interpersonal skill to isolate problems
