JOB SUMMARY
The Senior / Revenue Analyst role supports the development and execution of the hotel’s revenue strategy through strong system expertise, pricing analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. Working closely with the Director of Revenue, this role ensures effective use of revenue systems, maintains pricing and inventory integrity, and provides data-driven insights to optimize total hotel revenue.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• A degree or diploma from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related subject
• 2 years’ experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Revenue Strategy Execution & Pricing Support
• Support the execution of revenue and pricing strategies aligned with hotel objectives.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, demand trends, and booking pace to recommend tactical pricing and sell strategy adjustments.
• Assist in evaluating business mix, displacement, and profitability by segment to support rate setting, negotiations, and longer-term planning.
• Support the inclusion of non-room revenues (meetings, events, and F&B) into total revenue considerations.
Forecasting, Analysis & Performance Reporting
• Prepare and maintain accurate short-term, long-range, and budget forecasts for rooms and function space.
• Analyze revenue, demand, occupancy, and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Compile and validate data from internal and external sources to support revenue and profit analysis.
• Prepare reports and insights for revenue meetings and leadership reviews.
Revenue Systems, Inventory & Distribution
• Manage the daily use and integrity of revenue management and reservation systems.
• Implement approved pricing, inventory controls, restrictions, and sell strategies across all distribution channels.
• Maintain accurate system data including forecasts, rates, room types, and group inputs.
• Monitor channel performance and ensure rate integrity and compliance with brand standards.
• Provide technical revenue management support to Front Office and Reservations teams.
Revenue Meetings & Stakeholder Support
• Support sales strategy meetings through preparation of analysis and documentation.
• Communicate revenue updates, changes, and performance insights to relevant stakeholders as required.
Compliance & Professional Standards
• Support compliance with brand standards, pricing rules, and revenue governance.
Salary Compensation
• Upto 8 LPA

Job Title: US Accountant – Level 3 (NetSuite Expert)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
About the Role:
• We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 US Accountant with proven expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP to manage accounting operations for US-based clients.
• This senior-level role requires advanced proficiency in NetSuite, a strong understanding of US GAAP, and the ability to lead complex accounting processes across multiple portfolios.
• The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle accounting using Oracle NetSuite, including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets.
• Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities, reconciliations, and financial consolidations.
• Generate and analyze financial statements: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure proper configuration and use of NetSuite modules, including revenue recognition, multi-currency, and intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support audit readiness and tax compliance.
• Lead process improvement and automation efforts using NetSuite capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members on NetSuite processes.
• Ensure accounting activities comply with US GAAP and client-specific policies.
• Regularly collaborate with external CPA firms and US-based finance teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum years of experience in US Accounting, with at least 3 years on NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end/year-end close, and financial reporting.
• Expertise in NetSuite modules such as Financials, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, and Multicurrency.
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Experience working in a BPO/KPO or with US CPA firms is highly desirable.
