The role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our energetic Bookkeeping team. You'll be engaging with clients daily through bookkeeping and GST preparation and filing services - it’s work that's far from ordinary.
Your days will include:
Being the “go to” person for a range of bookkeeping clients
Solving complex bookkeeping challenges
Preparing GST returns and managing accounts payable and receivable
Playing a key role in delivering great outcomes for our clients
Being a super-user of professional accounting software and identifying opportunities to introduce tools that really make a difference to the businesses we work with
You'll have the flexibility to balance professional growth with personal commitments, so you can thrive both professionally and personally.
What you'll bring
We're looking for an Accounting Technician or someone with similar experience in bookkeeping and financial administration services. You'll have:
A curiosity to find better ways of doing things
Technical proficiency in financial software like Xero, Farm Focus, Figured, or MYOB
A background in financial administration services, including accounts payable and receivable, GST preparation and filing, and bank reconciliations
An ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
An eye for detail and exceptional accuracy
Fantastic planning and organisational skills
Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Passion for delivering quality work to clients
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
