Responsibilities
This role reports to the VP of Finance for our Company and will play a key role on our finance team
The Accounting/Finance Analyst will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities
Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements
Maintains the general ledger
Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books
Performs basic treasury functions, including initiating bank transfers and reconciling cash on a daily basis
Working with cross functional revenue management / billing teams to properly accrue for accounts receivable
Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts
Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit
Manages the purchasing and invoicing system
Performs other related duties as assigned, which may include general business analysis

We are currently seeking a Accounting/Finance Analyst to join our Finance Team at our Fort Lauderdale, FL Headquarters. This is a newly created role and we are looking to fill the role immediately. This role reports to the VP of Finance for our Company and will play a key role on our finance team.
