Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Accounts & Office Admin Executive to join our team. This position requires a candidate with at minimum 2 year of relevant experience in accounting and office administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations, while also overseeing general office administration duties.
Responsibilities :
• Day to day accounting vouchers.
• Create purchase Entry, Tax Invoices, and Voucher Entries.
• Payment Receipt Entry, Bank Reconciliation
• Follow up with Customers for Payment.
• Maintaining Transactions Data in Excel and keeping it updated on daily basis.
• Assist in any other office activities as required
• *Knowledge of GST Return, TDS, and Income Tax will be beneficial.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in accounting and office administration roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance standards.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
