Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. This position requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of financial processes.

Duties
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
• Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
• Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve any discrepancies or queries related to accounts.
• Support the finance team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and records.

Experience
• Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
