About the Role
Stark Bauen is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support the Director and assist with day-to-day financial operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, managing account communications, and supporting payroll and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the accounts email inbox, responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Accurately record and reconcile incoming payments
Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records and documentation
Assist with payroll processes, including reviewing and submitting timesheets
Provide general administrative support to the accounts function
Liaise with internal team members and external stakeholders regarding account enquiries
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with Xero (prerequisite)
Basic understanding of payroll processes is desirable

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.5 per week
