We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Accounts all-rounders to join our team. These full-time positions are essential to the smooth operation of our accounting and legal practice management functions.

The Role

These multi-faceted, full-time, and permanent positions are perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills and advance their careers in the Finance, IT, HR, and Legal Services fields. As a key member of our highly effective team, you will assist with a broad range of accounting, training, and administration tasks. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Daily recording of office and trust transactions

Billing and communication with lawyers and clients

Accounts receivable and debtor control

Trust accounting, including end-of-month reconciliations and reporting

EFT payments

Recording of controlled money accounts

Debtor review and follow-up

Payroll preparation and recording

Management reporting

BAS, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, and other lodgments

Comprehensive bookkeeping and reporting in accordance with Law Society Rules

The Requirements

To be considered for these roles, you should have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. While we welcome applicants from all industries, preferred candidates will demonstrate accounting expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
