Job Description
Accounts Management:
• Prepare and manage invoices, credit memos, and bank deposits.
• Maintain records of customer payments, and collections.
• Manage the organization's expenses and cash flow.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that the company does not run out of essential supplies.
Administrative Management:
• Manage the organization's daily administrative tasks such as managing the office supplies, booking appointments and travel arrangements, and responding to emails and phone calls.
• Maintaining records and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Tally experience - Minimum 1 Year
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong financial management skills and knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in managing administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
