Key Responsibilities:
• Manage company accounts accurately and maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding accounts receivables.
• Issue and manage inventory of products for customers.
• Promote partner relations and handle returns from existing customers.
• Coordinate and conduct certification exams remotely.
• Perform administrative tasks such as booking travel arrangements for employees.
Qualifications:
• Commerce Graduate with 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Zoho software is preferred.
• Advanced Excel Certification and Power BI skills from Microsoft are desired.
• Able to create presentations based on data insights for senior management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
