Job Description
Handle day to day operations related to Sales Contracts and billing.
Prepare AR aging report and ensure timely follow up / escalation of past due accounts
Timely processing of vendor invoices and payments
Posting JEs for Revenue Recognition as per the GAAP.
Process employee reimbursements in accordance with the company policy
Reconcile credit card accounts
Reconcile bank accounts
Posting JEs for all accounting transactions
Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or emails
Ensuring compliance with accounting and applicable tax laws
Key Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of financial statements including trial balance, bank reconciliation reports,
profit & loss accounts,
accounts payables & receivables statements and balance sheets.
Basic Knowledge of Accounting Software, preferably QuickBooks.
Fluency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor Commerce Degree Finance / Accounting.
Experience:
1-2 years of progressive financial responsibility.
