About the job:
We're looking for an organized and driven individual to join our growing team at our company. The apprentice will work closely with our other accountants and operations personnel and handle day-to-day bookkeeping. We're an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record-keeping and bring more organization to our day-to-day financials.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on way matching for PO cases.
2. Coordinating with clients/vendors for invoice-related queries.
3. Preparing aging files and allocation files.
4. Maintaining productive trackers for all invoice activity on a daily basis.
5. Checking verification of bills, supporting documents, and relevant approvals.
6. Managing all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
7. Keeping information confidential and securing it with random database backups.
8. Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
