B.Com/ M.Com /CA Inter with 1-2 yrs of work exp.
· Good knowledge of English

· Analytical & Reporting skills - Excellent in reporting numbers

· Negotiation & influencing skills
· Drive for results & Effective Communication Skills
· Cross Functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities;
· Journal Posting
· Rectification/ reclass entries
· Cost & Material Allocation
· Intercompany Accounting
· Bank reconciliation
· Payroll Accounting
· All Accrual & prepaid expense booking & tracking
· Fixed Asset Accounting
· Collection Accounting
· Internal management reporting
· A dhoc reporting
· Month end reporting pack
· Participate in Country review calls
· Drive Countries to perform timely & accurate submissions of Sodexo Connections reporting
· Other Standard packs to be coordinated with Clients team
· Educated to degree or equivalent standard with an accounting qualification.
· Proven track record in finance minimum 3-5 years experience, ideally in an international environment
· Ability to engage positively with Sodexo finance teams
· Experience of GL activities & strong excel skills necessary
· Desirable to have some past commercial exposure as Business Partner to Operations
· Process orientation
· Hands on pro-active approach with an ability to work well autonomously
· Ability to work in a collaborative way, cross-culturally
