Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Maintain files and documentations of all expenses and payroll.

- Providing direction to hotel operational team in areas of finance.

- Manage all accounting transactions

- Prepare budget forecasts

- Publish financial statements in time

- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

- Ensure timely bank payments

- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

- Daily Business Report.

- Entry of sale and other voucher in Accounts Book.

- Statutory Payment - LT, VAT, TDS, GST, PF,ESI.

- Handling Tally ERP +.0.

- Updating sale in software.

- Updating daily Purchase Bills.

- Handling Cash & Petty Cash Transaction.

- Petty Cash entries, Payment entries, journals & print outs.

- Inventories Reports of Store & Restaurant.

Bachelor's Degree

Hotel field Preferreable

Experience : 6 to 8 years
