Accounts Assistant
We are Hiring Accounts Assistant for a Pan India Holiday Booking Company in Madurai.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
Help Process Track and record payments in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.
Perform statutory requirements pertaining to general accounting.
Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to issuing the invoice for payments
Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits.
Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments and adjustments.
Requirements
Graduate preferably B.Com/M.Com from a recognised university.
1 years experience in Account Payables & Receivables.
Great attention to detail.
Knowledge of accounting software.
Excellent negotiation skills.

Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
