Key Responsibilities

• Invoice and Payment Processing:Receiving and processing invoices and expense forms, preparing bills and receipts, and processing payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees.

• Record Keeping:Recording and maintaining financial transactions in ledgers and journals, ensuring accurate coding and documentation of financial data.

• Financial Reporting:Assisting senior accountants in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Account Reconciliation:Reconciling bank statements and vendor statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

• Administrative Support:Handling general administrative tasks, such as filing documents, answering phones, and responding to emails.

• Compliance:Assisting with tax filings, compliance reporting, and maintaining statutory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Organizational Skills:High level of organization and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage tasks efficiently.

• Software Proficiency:Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

• Communication Skills:Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external parties.

• Analytical Thinking:Ability to think analytically to solve problems and identify mathematical errors.

• Discretion:Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential financial information.

• Educational Background:A degree or qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is desirable but not always required; in-house training is often available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
