Accounts Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced accountant with strong proficiency in Tally ERP + / Tally Prime preferably from the Real Estate Industry. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions taxation compliance and accounts reconciliation ensuring smooth financial operations while maintaining accuracy and adherence to Indian accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally Prime (Cloud) for all transactions including sales vendor bills and bank reconciliation and property management expenses.

Ensure timely booking of vendor bills record JVs and liaise with client management for data entry.

Manage GST & TDS workings & filings ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Bank reconciliations and payment tracking for vendors contractors and clients.

Handle end-to-end accounts payable & receivable ensuring timely invoicing and payments.

Coordinate with auditors and assist in financial audits & tax assessments.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4+ years experience working in Tally or Accounting industry

Bachelor's / Master's degree (B.Com / M.Com) in Accounting or Finance.

Expertise in Tally ERP + / Tally Prime.

Strong understanding of GST TDS Income Tax and financial compliance in the real estate industry.

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.

Great communication & teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a real estate firm / property development company or a CA Firm.

Familiarity with Excel financial modelling and additional accounting software.
